Teacher Training Open House Nights include an opportunity to drop-in to the studio, meet with the Balanced Yoga University staff and past students. This is a great way to have your questions answered and obtain more information about our yoga teacher training program.

Teacher Training Immersion Workshops

Teacher Training Immersion Workshops are designed to give you a taste of what would be covered in a typical weekend at Balanced Yoga University. You will interact with Donna Winters, Balanced Yoga teachers and past students. The workshop also includes an asana practice so please bring a mat and wear comfortable yoga clothing. Donna Winters is offering this workshop only three times in 2013. This is truly a unique experience to see if our program will be right for you. Choose a date that works for you as pre-registration required to secure your spot.
